OPERATIONS

Clement Pappas has invested in state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, operations and distribution in order to best serve our customers coast to coast. We use the latest technologies to:

• Achieve maximum bottle capacity and versatility
• Produce a wide range of hot-fill PET sizes – ranging from 10 oz. to 128 oz.
• Provide a variety of juice can sizes, from 5.5 oz. to 46 oz., and cranberry sauce cans in 8 oz., 16 oz. and #10
• Work with special pack programs such as pallet display programs and display-ready case
• Provide carton coding, including scannable bar codes on adjacent sides of cases

A critical element in our operations is safety – both food safety and employee safety. To ensure the highest standards of food safety for our customers, we are HACCP compliant and are audited annually by leading international food safety and quality solutions consultants.

We also place an important emphasis on environmental friendliness and have implemented recycling programs at all of our locations as a part of our normal operations.
