By participating in our Flexible Benefit
Program, our employees are able to customize their benefits to
meet their personal needs as well as the needs of their family.
A brief summary of available benefits is summarized below:
Insurance
Medical, prescription, dental, vision care, life insurance, as
well as short- or long-term disability insurance. (Due to state-mandated
programs, short-term disability is not available in California
or New Jersey.) Employee contributions for these programs are
made on a pre-tax basis.
Supplemental Insurance Programs
A
range of supplemental insurance programs are available to employees
through payroll deduction.
Flexible Spending Account
Employees may defer pre-tax up to $5,000 per year for unreimbursed
medical expenses or dependant care.
Paid Vacation and Holidays
One to five weeks of vacation annually based on length of service.
Twelve paid holidays are provided each year.
401(k) Plan
Eligible employees may defer pre-tax into our 401(k) plan. After
one year of service, the company will match the first 3% of deferrals
at 100% and the next 2% at 50%. Both the employee and the company
matching accounts are immediately vested at 100%. The plan offers
11 different investment choices, which are routinely evaluated
by an employee committee.
Tuition Reimbursement
Reimbursement of approved tuition costs, up to 100% based on grades,
is available after one year of service.
Relocation Assistance
We offer employment and promotional opportunities from coast to
coast. For those who may have to relocate, the company may cover
expenses related to finding a home, moving, travel and temporary
housing.
